Final neighborhoods selling at The Cannery
The Cannery, California’s awardwinning new-home community in the heart of Davis, is pleased to announce that four of its six neighborhoods announced the release of new residences at Tilton by Shea Homes and Gala by The New Home Company. With these final two neighborhoods showcasing model homes now open daily, The Cannery’s varied architectural styles, as well as community amenities, continue to draw attention from a wide range of buyers across California.
Tilton by Shea Homes is comprised of 76 Cottages with up to five bedrooms and threeand-a-half bathrooms, ranging from 1,706 square feet to 3,024 square feet. Tilton is priced from the low $700,000 range.
The last neighborhood to be built at The Cannery, Gala by The New Home Company, offers a variety of floor plans featuring 1,191 square feet to 1,995 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-ahalf bathrooms. Pricing for Gala’s single-story homes begins from the mid-$400,000 range.
