The Cannery, California’s awardwinni­ng new-home community in the heart of Davis, is pleased to announce that four of its six neighborho­ods announced the release of new residences at Tilton by Shea Homes and Gala by The New Home Company. With these final two neighborho­ods showcasing model homes now open daily, The Cannery’s varied architectu­ral styles, as well as community amenities, continue to draw attention from a wide range of buyers across California.

Tilton by Shea Homes is comprised of 76 Cottages with up to five bedrooms and threeand-a-half bathrooms, ranging from 1,706 square feet to 3,024 square feet. Tilton is priced from the low $700,000 range.

The last neighborho­od to be built at The Cannery, Gala by The New Home Company, offers a variety of floor plans featuring 1,191 square feet to 1,995 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-ahalf bathrooms. Pricing for Gala’s single-story homes begins from the mid-$400,000 range.
