Tracy Hills’ OctoberFair celebration a success
Hundreds of home shoppers celebrated at the region’s newest resort-style masterplanned community of Tracy Hills at the OctoberFair event held in early October in Tracy. Topaz at Tracy Hills by Lennar unveiled their newest neighborhood of model homes while homebuilders Lennar, Meritage Homes and Shea Homes were showcasing an additional 22 singlelevel and two-story model homes open for touring.
“Visitors were able to learn more about the future of Tracy Hills at the Welcome Center, preview new on-site amenities and community recreation features, then hop in trolleys for a unique perspective of our community on their way to tour the model homes. The homes at Topaz by Lennar are certainly special and our state-of-theart Welcome Center and Residents Club are truly one of a kind, so the grand opening of both was a great opportunity to celebrate all that is happening in Tracy,” said Kati Bradley, Tracy Hills Welcome Center manager.
There are currently homes in seven unique villages showcasing a total of 26 model homes with prices starting in the $500,000 range.
Vantage at Tracy Hills by Meritage
Homes includes four floor plans with three two-story models offering up to five bedrooms and threeand-a-half bathrooms in approximately 2,155 square feet to 2,648 square feet.
Vente at Tracy Hills by Shea Homes features three single-level and two-story floor plans with up to six bedrooms and threeand-a-half bathrooms in approximately 2,522 square feet to 3,451 square feet.
Lennar offers five different villages within Tracy Hills: Amber, Larimar, Opal, Pearl and Topaz. These five villages showcase a total of 20 single-level and two-story floor plans featuring up to five bedrooms plus loft and four-anda-half bathrooms in approximately 2,173 square feet to 4,100 square feet.
Tracy Hills is a Wi-Fi-connected, nearly 2,700-acre community with walkable neighborhood parks planned throughout, including dog parks, 30 acres of community parks, a community clubhouse and a pool. Several new Jefferson School District school sites are planned for the community, including
the future K-8 Corral Hollow Elementary School in this first phase.
Scenic walking trails connect the villages, along with 180 acres of open space and more
than 3,500 acres that surround Tracy Hills are devoted to habitat preserve. Tracy Hills is conveniently located within 3 miles of the Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) station, offering connections to major employment hubs
