New homes in Fremont’s Warm Springs

-

Robson Homes, a private Bay Area homebuilder known for their custom-level design, has announced the grand opening of Heirloom, an enclave of 17 traditional-styled two-story homes and one restored historic home in Fremont’s Warm Springs District, on Saturday, February 15.

Heirloom will represent the only new two-story homes in all of south Fremont, offering four-bedroom homes with up to 3,013 square feet on a single street tucked away in an established neighborhood — quiet and secluded, yet close to everything, including the Warm Springs BART Station, Highway 237 and South Bay employment.

Homebuyers almost always want new construction, and to be close to employment and transit, but they also want a peaceful neighborhood that they will enjoy coming home to every day — an almost impossible combination, but exactly what homebuyers will find at Heirloom.

Heirloom’s 17 new homes are built along a single private street with no cross traffic, located off Ursa Drive, a residential street in a tree-lined Warm Springs neighborhood. “We wanted to create something special on this unique property,” said Mark Robson, president of Robson Homes. “Heirloom is designed to be a classic neighborhood where neighbors know each other and kids can play safely in front of their own homes.”

Though secluded, Heirloom is less than a half-mile to Warm Springs Boulevard and its many amenities — a mile from Interstate 680 to the south, and less than 2 miles north to Interstate 880 — a perfect balance of easy access and peace and quiet. Plus, the south Fremont location means you are close to San Jose, the airport, and shopping and employment hubs like Google.

Two distinct homes flank the entrance to Heirloom — one is the model home, and the other is a historic, single-story home associated with the original property and carefully restored by Robson’s team. According to Robson, “The historic home provided architectural inspiration for the new homes.”

The model home is the Darby, with over 2,700 square feet. It’s a two-story home with a two-car garage with full driveway, your own backyard, and the kitchen, family room, living room, and garage all on the same level. Also on the first level is a full bedroom and bathroom — perfect for guests, in-laws, or a home office. Upstairs are the master and two additional bedrooms plus a generous laundry room.

Heirloom features two additional floor plans featuring up to 3,000-plus square feet. Both offer two-story designs and four bedrooms, including a downstairs bedroom suite. Between the three floor plans and the numerous exterior styles, Heirloom feels like a street of custom homes.

The dictionary defines heirloom as “something of special value to be handed down from generation to generation,” and that is just what Robson Homes designed Heirloom to be — a place to build memories that will be enjoyed for generations to come. Heirloom opens on Saturday, Feb 15. Prices are expected to be in the low $2 million range. Further details are available at www. RobsonHomes.com.
