DON’T MISS >> “The Bachelor” — Another dramafille­d edition of prime time’s most popular dating series comes to an end with a two-night season finale. It has been a journey full of turbulence for our leading man, pilot Peter Weber. And he seems to be clueless when it comes to deciding what kind of relationsh­ip he wants — or needs. MONDAY >> “Cosmos: Possible Worlds” is the latest offering from the popular science franchise. Once again, host Neil degrasse Tyson takes complex themes from astrophysi­cs, astronomy and anthropolo­gy, and explains them in a way that it doesn’t feel like brainnumbi­ng homework. TUESDAY >> In the new feelgood drama “Council of Dads,” a young father of five (Tom Everett Scott) is rocked by an unexpected health scare. This leads him to call upon the three most important guys in his life to step in as backup dads — just in case he needs them. (10 p.m., NBC)

TUESDAY >> Get ready to wipe down your TV screen. Judging from preview trailers, the fifth and final season of Tyler Perry’s sexy drama “If Loving You Is Wrong” should be steamier than ever. (10 p.m., OWN)
