Metallica is going acoustic for charity.

The mighty Bay Area metal outfit has announced plans for an unplugged show that will live stream at 2 p.m. on Nov. 14. The “Live from HQ” event will benefit the band’s All Within My Hands charitable foundation.

It will be the group’s second All Within My Hands Helping Hands Concert and Auction, following the debut occasion at the Masonic in San Francisco in 2018.

It w ill also be the group’s first- ever worldwide pay-per- event.

Tickets to the event run from $14.99 for general admission to $95 ( plus shipping) for the VIP Virtual Fan Ticket Bundle, which includes a T- shirt, digital download and other nifty features. See 2nu.gs/ Metallica for details and ticket sales.

If you can’t catch the live performance — or if one viewing isn’t enough — ticket holders can watch multiple replays for up to 48 hours after the livestream.

Metallica established the non-profit All Within My Hands foundation in 2017 “as a way for the Metallica family to give back to communities that have supported the band,” according to a news release.

“Just this year, AWMH has donated $645,000 to COVID-19 related relief funds including Feeding America, Direct Relief, as well as to charities assisting those in the entertainment and hospitality industries suddenly without work,” the news release says. “More recently the foundation donated $350,000 to aid those affected by the West Coast wildfires. Finally, the foundation’s Metallica Scholars Initiative is now in its second year, supported by a $1.5 million grant benefiting 15 community colleges across the country.”
