UNITY FLAG TOUTS BIDEN AND HARRIS
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, left, Cultural Affairs manager Roberto Bedoya and artist Favianna Rodriguez hold the Scranton-Oakland Unity Flag during windy conditions Tuesday at Oakland City Hall. The flag was designed by artists Ryan Hnat of Scranton, Pennsylvania, and Oakland resident Rodriguez to commemorate the hometowns of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Identical flags were raised over the city halls of the two cities on Tuesday.
