Best Computer Repair and Services Clickaway

-

They’re friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They fix problems and they prevent problems. From small-business networks, home office setups and secure data backups, to laptop repairs, screen replacements and other IT services, Clickaway’s experts manage it.

“We help companies with 50 to 100 workstations and we work with home PCS, laptops, Apple computers, iphones and Androids,” says Clickaway founder and owner Rick Sutherland, who opened the business 20 years ago.

With a staff of 40 people and six offices, Clickaway serves clients from Silicon Valley through Santa Cruz and Watsonville. They provide service on-site for any client but also do a good amount of remote work.

Much of today’s needs revolve around helping clients protect and save their data, says Rick.

“We’ll set up backup hard drives for people at their computers or we’ll connect them with various cloud services and ensure that everything is working correctly and securely for them,” he explains.

Because technology constantly evolves, so do the people who work for Clickaway. In fact, Rick can remember that in his first year owning the business, a typical computer hard drive would have 16GB memory, an amount that, nowadays, is barely adequate for a mobile phone.

Whether you’re getting started with the latest systems and devices or upgrading existing systems, Clickaway can take care of all your tech needs in one stop.

Several locations in Silicon Valley including Campbell, Los Altos, San Jose and Sunnyvale.
