Vardy’s Jewelers
The team members at family-owned Vardy’s Jewelers are best described as artists and visionaries. Artistry and passion are what make each piece of jewelry from Vardy’s so special. And what brings Vardy’s motto to life: Everyone leaves with a smile.
People come to Vardy’s for jewelry that is custom in the truest sense. Here, old world European craftsmanship meets contemporary technology, resulting in extraordinary heirloom quality jewelry designed and created on the premises.
As a diamond expert who buys only the best quality diamonds in any price range, founder Vardy Shtein is also a perfectionist with gold. In fact, as a young apprentice in Estonia, Vardy would melt down and restart his own creations time and again in pursuit of perfection.
Decades ago, Vardy brought that attention to detail with him to the Bay Area in pursuit of the American Dream. Now, celebrating their 40th anniversary, team members at Vardy’s get as excited about repurposing clients’ old jewelry into beautiful pieces as they do about creating original jewelry from carefully sourced stones and metals.
What’s in your safe deposit box? Perhaps a pile of old and valuable jewelry you’ll never wear? Bring the contents to your appointment at Vardy’s. They’ll get to know you and your style before showing how they can turn hidden gems into pieces you’ll love.
Vardy’s wife, Alice Shtein, is the on-site expert in pearl stringing. The team includes their daughter, Fanya Hull, a GIA Accredited Jewelry Professional with more than two decades› experience in the industry. Fanya runs the day-to-day business with her all-women team. Each professional at Vardy’s emulates the dedication of their leaders, all while devoting themselves to exceeding customers’ needs and giving back to the community.
Their art begins with their vision and their training. And their customers’ happiness knows no end.
