Where we live and work is so vital to our employees, and we want to give them every opportunity to make it better. We know giving back to the community is important to them, so that means it’s important to us. Every year we use our branches to raise money for local charities like the San Jose
Police Activities League and the San Jose Firefighters Burn Foundation. Historically, we’ve donated thousands of dollars each year to various groups.

We also collect cans of food for the Second Harvest Food Bank and toys during the holidays for needy families in the neighborhood. And throughout the year, we provide several ways to volunteer for organizations near and dear to our employees.
