In an effort to support and engage in serving others, Sereno’s real estate agents can choose to give 1% of their gross commissions to charitable or communityminded groups that are making a positive difference in the communities they serve.

As a company, Sigma selects charities that align with their values; they are currently working to identify a cause to support via a formal Corporate Social Responsibility program. Sigma collects and matches charitable donations from employees. In addition, the company aims to eliminate single-use plastics and other waste from their office by the end of 2021.
With expertise in what it takes for candidates to land interviews and find jobs, SmartRecruiters created its Reverse Recruiting program to aid job seekers who are having difficulty finding stable, long-term employment. Among those who receive complimentary assistance from Reverse Recruiting are immigrants; veterans; formerly incarcerated individuals; parents and caregivers returning to work; and senior citizens. Since its 2019 launch, Reverse Recruiting has spread globally and has connected nearly 1,000 people with 500 recruiters from various companies who improve their resumes, provide interview coaching, and more.
Among the multiple programs and events that support their local community, Suncrest Hospice takes part in Days of Caring, which allows team members to support their patients and their families with a final wish. One way to build cohesive teams is to nurture people long before they become team members. Synack and its team members do so by embracing volunteer opportunities with community partners, through which they dedicate time to mentoring students who are interested in careers in technology. At Wind River, the Wind Gives Back program allows employees days off to volunteer at a charity or nonprofit of their choice and participate in quarterly site or team events. Also through Wind Gives Back, employees volunteer globally on a regular basis for a range of causes, including education, STEAM and homelessness, to name a few.
Through The XactlyOne Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Xactly Corporation organizes volunteer opportunities for employees to donate their time in local communities and provides grants to nonprofits to support community organizations. With a focus on environmental, educational and empowerment nonprofits, the company gives in support of racial and social equality, including National CARES Mentoring, Girls Who Code and The Trevor Project. And, each year, Xactly’s international C.A.R.E. week gives employees opportunities to unite in support of nonprofits in Xactly communities all over the world, culminating in a global day of giving.
