TripAdvisor’s top 10 most jaw-dropping restaurants around the world
We may not be jet-setting about the world just yet. But if you’re looking for some armchair travel inspiration, TripAdvisor just announced its list of the world’s most “Instagrammable” restaurants, as part of its Travelers Choice Best of the Best Awards. And it’s an extremely photogenic bunch. Ever wanted to dine inside an aquarium? Sea life — and a diver — swim across the glass-walled ceiling and sides of Indonesia’s Koral Restaurant at the Apurva Kempinski hotel in Nusa Dua, where the seafood menu offers a “bistronomic experience” and “coastal flavors.”
Malaysia’s Grand Getaway by Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur bills itself as an “airplane themed dining experience” — but the interior looks more like an incredibly luxurious flying saucer, with strange, crystal-draped saucers on the ceiling and screens offering a 360-degree virtual “flight” around the globe.
And other restaurants sit on the shores of a lake, high in the sky or amid “Bridgerton”esq ue landscapes.
