12 new models at Lennar’s active adult community in Roseville now open
Lennar recently debuted 12 new model homes at its premier 55+ community Heritage Placer Vineyards in Roseville. Showcasing available home designs from three collections offered at the community, home shoppers can now schedule a tour to explore the new homes that are now selling.
“We are so excited that these beautiful and professionally decorated model homes are now open at Heritage Placer Vineyards,” says Michelle Velky, vice president of sales and marketing for Lennar Sacramento. “All of our homes here were designed with active adult homebuyers in mind, which feature singlestory layouts complete with Everything’s Included and Thoughtful Design upgrades throughout — plus two future recreation centers with extensive amenities exclusively for homeowners.”
Heritage Placer Vineyards features three collections of home designs at Molise, Lazio and Emilia. All singlestory detached homes, the three collections offer a total of 13 distinctive floor plans to choose from with sizes that range from 1,260 to 2,993 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms and two- to three-bay garages.
Lennar Sacramento offers their Thoughtful Design program at all Heritage communities to meet the needs of today’s active adults. Created with the changing lifestyle needs in mind, Thoughtful Design consists of a series of single-story homes with interior and exterior details that blend comfort, style, and promote functionality.
