The model home at Oak Tree Circle, a neighborhood of 25 single-family homes in Campbell by Robson Homes, is now open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Appointments are suggested, but walk-ins are welcome.

Oak Tree Circle is a rare find in the tight Bay Area real estate market.

“Single-family home inventory is very low in this area, and new homes are even scarcer,” says Charles Baldwin, sales & marketing director for the builder. “We really do have the only new-home community in the South Bay with traditional-style homes — that is two-story homes with a front and backyards.” Homes at Oak Tree Circle are selling through a Priority List process with prices starting at $2,858,000.

Five floor plans are being built at Oak Tree, each with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half or four bathrooms. The largest plan, The Rose, also features a one-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above the detached garage with full kitchen and bathroom. Square footages range from 2,300 to 3,024.

Oak Tree Circle is located off of East Mozart Avenue, tucked away behind a grove of heritage oak trees, which were painstakingly preserved by the builder.

“The neighborhood was designed around the magnificent oaks on the property,” says Mark Robson, president of Robson Homes. “They create this truly wonderful setting, something that you experience the moment you drive into the neighborhood.”

In this secluded setting, Oak Tree Circle is still close and convenient to everything, including transportation, employment, shopping, and recreation. It’s just a short drive to downtown Campbell and downtown Los Gatos, and a short walk to the Los Gatos Creek Trail entrance on East Mozart Avenue. The neighborhood is served by excellent Cambrian and Campbell schools.

Oak Tree Circle’s 25 new homes showcase a blend of Cottage, Craftsman and Farmhouse architectural styles. Between the five floor plans and the numerous exterior styles, it truly feels like a neighborhood of custom homes.

As with all Robson homes, the caliber and quality of the design, detail, and finishes in the homes are very high level. Notable features include brick porches and coordinating driveway pavers, custom built-in cabinetry, Waterworks and Kohler plumbing fixtures, Wolf appliances, and French oak hardwood floors. The homes are all electric with owned and included 4.20 to 5.95kW Low Profile Solar PVC systems for built-in energy and cost savings.
