New single-family home community opens in Campbell
The model home at Oak Tree Circle, a neighborhood of 25 single-family homes in Campbell by Robson Homes, is now open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Appointments are suggested, but walk-ins are welcome.
Oak Tree Circle is a rare find in the tight Bay Area real estate market.
“Single-family home inventory is very low in this area, and new homes are even scarcer,” says Charles Baldwin, sales & marketing director for the builder. “We really do have the only new-home community in the South Bay with traditional-style homes — that is two-story homes with a front and backyards.” Homes at Oak Tree Circle are selling through a Priority List process with prices starting at $2,858,000.
Five floor plans are being built at Oak Tree, each with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half or four bathrooms. The largest plan, The Rose, also features a one-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above the detached garage with full kitchen and bathroom. Square footages range from 2,300 to 3,024.
Oak Tree Circle is located off of East Mozart Avenue, tucked away behind a grove of heritage oak trees, which were painstakingly preserved by the builder.
