This weekend Robson Homes, a local builder with nearly 35 years of homebuilding heritage in Silicon Valley, will open Rosewood at Camden Park, a neighborhood of 40 single-family homes in the Cambrian area of West San Jose. Two furnished model homes will be open for tours and the builder will release their first homes for sale.

Rosewood at Camden Park is located off of Union Avenue on Cully Place, a private street that runs adjacent to Camden Park. The neighborhood is designed as a single cul-de-sac street of new homes.

“It feels like its own private neighborhood here,” says Charles Baldwin, director of sales for Robson Homes. “With the park next door, the Los Gatos mountains in the backdrop and this long, wide street lined with beautiful homes, it’s truly a wonderful setting.”

Three floor plans are under construction in the first group of homes, each with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. All homes have a full bedroom suite on the first floor. The 2,900-square-foot Ascot is a traditional two-story home with a ground-floor bedroom suite and upstairs den. At 3,281 square feet, The Kensington offers a dedicated study and attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU)

suite on the first floor. With up to 3,790 square feet, The Claremont is a spacious home with a den and study, plus a detached garage with a one-bedroom, one-bathroom ADU above. The Ascot and The Claremont are fully modeled and will be open for tours this weekend.

As impressive as the model homes are, what is really remarkable at Rosewood is the quality and finish level of the available homes in the neighborhood.

Robson Homes focused on making each residence unique with distinct architecture, custom details and designer-selected interiors that rival any custom home on the market. From the hardwood floors, to the marble slabs in the kitchens, to the uniquely selected light fixtures, these are truly beautiful, tasteful homes that are built to last.

“In terms of features, finishes and details, these are the highestend

homes we have built,” remarks Mark Robson, owner and president of Robson Homes. “The care and attention given to every selection really stands out. I am excited for people to experience these homes.”

Several homes in the first sales release are move-in ready, with others scheduled for completion in the next few months. In addition to designer-selected interiors, these homes include appliances, backyard landscaping

and solar panels. Prices are expected to start at $3 million and will be available at the sales office this weekend.

Rosewood at Camden Park’s sought-after West San Jose location is close and convenient to transportation, employment, shopping and recreation. It’s just a short drive to downtown Campbell, downtown Willow Glen and Los Gatos. The neighborhood is served by excellent Cambrian Elementary and Campbell

Union High School districts.
