Valley Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Solar has been a locally and family owned business since 1962.
“We take pride in being a family-owned business,” says Cindy Faulkner, who, with her husband Jeff, bought the company from the original family owners 20 years ago this April.
Running a privately held, community-based business for 20 years is at least as great an honor as being recognized once again as the Best Heating and Air Conditioning Company in Silicon Valley.
The company remains true to its motto as “the home of old fashioned service,” Their ongoing focus is to offer the latest technology with the best service for their residential and light commercial clientele.
Along with their entire outstanding staff, including several who have been with them for many years, they are fully dedicated to the specific and individual needs of each customer, offering consultative and technological expertise that Silicon Valley residents and small business owners prioritize.
“We are always available to answer your questions about industry related topics – we want to be your go-to-source for information, service and installation for HVAC, electrical and solar needs,” says Cindy. “Many homeowners in Silicon Valley like to self-educate and we truly enjoy helping them learn how to get the most comfort, efficiency and best technology when designing a new system.”
Their technicians are also highly trained experts in the design and installation of electrification systems, heat pumps, heat pump water heaters and solar backup generators.
“We know that not everyone is ready, or even wants to go solar or all-electric - and that’s understandable, but with the current and upcoming rebates, converting to all-electric is an option everyone should consider,” says Cindy.
In meeting each client’s specific needs, they are proud to be able to provide them with every option available in home comfort, including maintenance of traditional systems as well as installation of gas fireplace inserts.
They also believe that complete home comfort includes managing air quality and noise level.
