After adding in the state and local sales tax, plus the DMV and dealers fees, the out the door and into your garage total purchase price came to: $34,414. At just under $35,000 this Honda HR-V SUV is priced within everyone’s budget. That $35K price is a full $15 Grand UNDER the average transaction sale price of $50,000 for 2023 models. The new 2023 Honda HR-V is a very good option when shopping for a small, affordable car.
