Owners, Cindy and Jeff Faulkner, both started working in the industry in their 20s and have over 60 years combined experience. “Running this local company is a great honor - we are totally committed to showing our clients what old-fashioned service is all about,” says Cindy Faulkner.

Valley’s technicians are also highly-trained experts in the design and installation of electrification systems, heat pumps, heat pump water heaters and solar backup generators. “We know that not everyone is ready, or even wants to go solar or all-electric. That’s understandable, but with current and upcoming rebates, converting to all-electric is definitely an option to consider,” says Cindy.
