Student dancers collaborate with pros
The Pottstown Dance Theatre Repertory Ensemble (PDTRE) will perform works with the internationally acclaimed contemporary dance company, Melange Contemporary Dance at the Hill School Center for the Arts at Beech and Sheridan Streets in Pottstown. Both companies are under the direction of international dance artist Michelle Jones Wurtz.

Dance styles will range from classical ballet, contemporary ballet, modern dance, African Dance and contemporary jazz. Music pieces will include works from Tchaikovsky’s popular “Sleeping Beauty” ballet to Gabriel’s megahit “In Your Eyes.”
The performance will take place on March 25 at 7 p.m. as well as March 26 at 3 p.m. Performing members of PDTRE include Diane Alex-Brody, Michelline Bender, Lydia Black, Maeve Donnelly, Megan Groth, Lacey Krause, Aimee Kulp, Maddie Lobello, Rory Luna, Lizzie Rasmussen, Brianna Shank, and Ginny Wendel.
