Drug possession
AMITY » On Wednesday Oct. 11, 2017 at approximately 10:14 a.m., officers from the Amity and Douglass Township police departments were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash with possible injuries at the intersection of Fancy Hill and South Sunrise Drive. Officers later encountered Andrew Polischeck, 24, of Boyertown. He attempted to shove a black box containing suspected heroin, and methamphetamine down his pants, police said. Polischeck was taken into custody and transported to Central Processing, and arraigned on charges for possession of a controlled substance (2 Counts), and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
