Mary (Snyder) Baro, 81, of Douglassville

Mary (Snyder) Baro, 81, of Douglassville, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday November 9, 2017 at Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA . She was the loving wife of the late Anthony R. Baro, who passed away in 2002.

Born in Pottstown, PA she was a daughter to the late George and Ida (Eichholz) Snyder .

Mrs. Baro was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Pottstown, PA . She had worked for Mrs. Smith Pies as a secretary until her calling of being a housewife and beloved mother to her three sons. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and baking for her family, especially on the holidays; luncheons and visiting with her close cherished friends and most of all being a beloved mother to her special son, Tim.

Surviving are three sons, Anthony R. Baro II of Boyertown, PA, Thomas B. Baro of Douglassville, PA, and Timothy D. Baro of Douglassville, PA; and three grandchildren, Jordan Baro of Pottstown, PA, Samantha Baro of Kingston, PA and Nicole Baro of Douglassville, PA .

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers George and William Snyder and her sister Dorothea Curry.

Burial Office & Eucharist will be offered at 11 A.M. on Wednesday November 15, 2017 at Christ Episcopal Church, 316 High Street, Pottstown, PA . A viewing will be held Wednesday morning from 9 – 10:45 A.M. at the church. Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton, PA . In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Christ Episcopal Church.
