Deborah Anne Reed, 65, of South Coventry

Deborah Anne Reed, 65, wife of R. Kenneth Reed, of South Coventry, PA, passed away peacefully by natural causes on Saturday, November 25, 2017 in her home. Born on December 26, 1951 in Valparaiso, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Alice (Cox) Sempsrott. She was a graduate of Conestoga High School and Virginia Tech.

For over 36 years, Mrs. Reed was the Owner and Operator of her own interior landscape firm, Designs Unlimited, of South Coventry, PA. Mrs. Reed was very passionate about landscape design and had her work displayed in many places over the years including the Macy’s Flower Show, Philadelphia Flower Show, Vassar Show House and the Hotel Hershey.

Mrs. Reed was a very active and outgoing individual with a passion for bright colors, traveling the Caribbean, camping in her Scotty Trailer, and loving her family, friends and many animals. She had a knack for pulling off the impossible and her skill-sets really shined at Christmas when she decorated many elaborate trees and buildings for her business.

Strong-willed and determined, she was always helping others and never said “no” to a request. She was the definition of a “giver.”

In addition to her husband of 35 years, Mrs. Reed is survived by Two Daughters, Megan O., wife of Cory Mowrer of South Coventry, PA, Amelia M. Reed of West Chester, PA; Step-Daughter, Jessica A. King of Hellertown, PA; Two Sisters, Mary Nemphos of King Of Prussia, PA, Donna Sempsrott of Raleigh, NC; Brother, John Sempsrott of Raleigh, NC; Three Grandchildren and two nephews. Mrs. Reed was predeceased by Brother, James Sempsrott.

The Funeral Eucharist will be held in her honor at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 7 Saint Andrews Ln, Glenmoore, PA 19343 on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 11AM. Officiating will be Fr.
