Doris E. Moser, 80, of Stowe

Doris E. “Sis” (Bossler) Moser, 80, of Stowe, wife of the late Frank D. Moser, passed away Thursday Dec. 7, 2017 at her residence.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Alice (Deeds) Bossler.

Sis enjoyed reading books, raising Pugs, and watching the Phillies. She was employed at Spring-Ford Knitting Mills, Pottstown YMCA Child Care, Bause’s Pharmacy, and The Very Best Restaurant.

Surviving are three sons, Bruce Moser husband of Sandy of Bechtelsville, David Moser husband of Marty of Stowe, and Ronald Moser husband of Chris of WA; one daughter, Gail Levengood wife of Duke of Stowe; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and three sisters, Judy Renninger of Narvon, Linda Lisko of Bechtelsville, and Carol Pace of Reading.

Along with her husband and parents, Sis was predeceased by her brother, Ronald Bossler.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday Dec. 12, 2017 at 12 p.m. at the Laureldale Cemetery Chapel, 4631 Pottsville Pike, Reading, PA 19605, with Pastor Chris Eshleman officiating. Interment will follow there at the cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 11-11:45 a.m. at the cemetery chapel.
