Evergreen Road to close for road work
PennDOT has announced that part of Evergreen Road will be closed and detoured next week.
Evergreen Road will be closed and detoured between Lightcap Road and Sanatoga Road in Limerick and Lower Pottsgrove townships on Wednesday, March 14, and Thursday, March 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., for mechanized patching, PennDOT announced.
During the operation, Evergreen Road motorists will be directed to use Rupert Road, High Street, Pleasantview Road and Linfield Road. Local access will be maintained up to the work area. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the construction zone.
