Suzanne M. McCloskey of Upper Pottsgrove

Suzanne “Sue” M. (Wenzel) McCloskey, 54, of Upper Pottsgrove, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018, at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia. She was the wife of John McCloskey with whom she shared over 30 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on October 29, 1963, Sue was the daughter of Witold and Frances (Moska) Wenzel.

Sue loved going to Cape May, but especially enjoyed going during October when it was “Haunted Cape May.”

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by three children, John Patrick McCloskey, Upper Pottsgrove, PA; David McCloskey, Pittsburgh, PA; and Shelby Miley, Upper Pottsgrove, PA; two brothers, John Wenzel, husband of Nicole, Marlton, NJ; and Vytas Wenzel, husband of Elena, Schwenksville, PA. She is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

A viewing will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Houck & Gofus Funeral Home, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464. A Funeral Service will follow at 12 p.m. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
