Methacton boys golf beats Pope John Paul II
The Methacton boys golf team picked up its third straight win on Monday afternoon with a 188-217 decision over Pope John Paul II at Skippack Golf Club in Pioneer Athletic Conference play.
Jason Rieger paced Methacton (3-1 overall) with a 1-over 36 while Dylan Lasecki followed him up with a 37. Nick Martin and Andrew Lasecki each finished up at 37 while Andrew Catania rounded out the scorecard with a 39.

The pair finished up at 2-over 36, followed by Nick Massa and Jack Murray at 37 while Sam Diehl rounded out OJR’s scorecard with a 39. Jeremy Negron took low-man honors for Coatesville with a match-best 41 while Matt Hemlock followed with a 43. Steven Rinda fired a 42 for the Falcons followed by Lucas Stringer (44) and Cameron Mowery (45). Josh Keppley and Jinsok Kraybill each finished at 47. WILSON 296, DANIEL BOONE 347 » Andrew Morris shot a 1-under 69 as the Bulldogs dropped the Blazers in this Berks Conference matchup.
Mitch Gallo backed Morris with a 72 while Jack Malandra and Peyton Kraras followed with a 77 and 78, respectively. Colton Yenser carded a 73 for Boone while Ben Sjosten followed with an 87.

Abby Bain posted a 45 for West while Rosie Byrne turned in a 47 and Angelina Donatelli backed it with a 50. Mae Sharaf paced Great Valley with a 49.
