Richard H. Brucker of Pottstown
Richard H. Brucker, 71, of Pottstown, husband of Candy (Noland) Brucker, married for 48 years, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018, at Pocono Lake, PA.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Harry and Leona (Rickard) Brucker.
Rich was employed in the marketing department of Unisys Corp. and later employed by Enterprise Messaging Services.
He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was a 1964 graduate of Abington High School and a graduate of the University of Denver.
Rich was involved with local veteran organizations, was a member of the Big Brothers Assoc. and was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. Most dear to his heart was the quality time he spent with his family.
Surviving with his wife is a son Ryan Brucker and his wife Kira. Two daughters Patti wife of Josh Winston and Megan wife of Patrick Gallagher. Grandchildren Matt, Carly, Elise, Grant, Gavin, Leah, Dylan and Shane. Two brothers William and Robert Brucker.
The family will receive friends and family from 6 to 8 pm Thursday evening October 11, 2018 and 10 to 11 am Friday morning October 12, 2018 in the parlor at Cedarville United Methodist Church, 1092 Laurelwood Rd., Pottstown. A Memorial Service will begin at 11 am Friday morning at the Church.
