I read the opening comment in Friday’s Sound Off regarding the patrons at the King of Prussia Mall and how the commenter and his wife felt like they were in the minority. If you felt the disgust I felt over this comment please call in and show this commenter that they are actually in the minority.

Let me get this straight all you liberals out there. We have gated communities in this country with what? Walls around them. We have politicians whose properties are guarded with what? Walls around them. The movie stars and all the elites what do they have? Walls around their properties. And we can’t secure the southern border? Duh.

I’d like to know why when the price of heating oil comes down it only comes down one or two cents a gallon at a time? Now the weather got cold and the price of heating oil just jumped 8 cents a gallon overnight. Tell me they aren’t ripping us off. I think they are. —CK

Even the fake news CNN showed video of the caravans. I just don’t understand where you’re getting your information. —

The brother of the infamous Columbian drug lord Pablo Escobar is raising $50 million to impeach President Trump. That amount along with Tom Steyer’s $40 million should buy quite a few legislators. Maybe they can find a few more disgruntled billionaires around the world of socialism. I’m sure Georgie would like to kick in. —Truth Be Told

I’m tired of federal officials boohooing about missing one paycheck. And after the shutdown is over every bit of that money that they didn’t get now they will get it. They’re not going to miss any money. They can stop boohooing.They need to know what it’s like to go without, but they don’t and they never will. —

I live in Douglass (Mont.). I agree with the past several callers about the older neighborhoods needing to be cleaned up. There’s been complaints to the zoning office but nobody does a thing. Why? Douglass Township isn’t that big. If they stay on top of things as the complaints come in and play each complaint out as it should be everybody should be taken care of. What’s the problem? They pay taxes just like everybody else does. —Disgusted in Gilbertsville

Is it just me? Did you ever sit and watch somebody try to parallel park? It just amazes me how people get a drivers license today and they can’t park their car next to the curb. It isn’t any wonder that there are accidents. It just amazes me.

I really feel sorry for Amazon owner Jeff Bezos. There he had upwards of like $20 billion and now he’s got to split that with his wife. That might leave him with only $10 billion. What a travesty. Well at least he’s got more money than I have. He could buy a new pick up truck too if he wanted; me, I can’t.
