I recall in the early 90s the beginning of the drugs in Pottstown. Where was the mayor, police and council in this matter? Our drugs and thefts have been enormous and I think could have been nipped in the bud way back then. I think I’m correct in saying the top priority of the mayor is being in charge of the police. Presently the leading crimes in the borough are substance violations and thefts which actually go hand in hand. Everyone needs to be doing their best in this matter.

If our Congress put as much effort trying to work with instead of against the president imagine what could be done. Our infrastructure, security and productivity would boom but it’s obvious none of that is important to the Washington elite. Business as usual, nothing done. Who can’t see that? Who’s deplorable?

In Douglass (Mont.) the elected supervisors in office now I think are the most expensive when it comes to spending taxpayers’ money and not working with the residents on major issues. We need supervisors that will listen to residents and work with them not ignore them. Same with the zoning office. The supervisors have a saying to unhappy taxpayers, “If you don’t like it move out of the township.” If I could only express how I felt when I heard that.

Bill Cosby has it better in prison than many people outside. He gets special treatment. Today too many people are spending their money on drugs, gambling and buying everything they want. They save nothing. When they are old they will be complaining they are poor.

Obama and the spendthrift Democrats gave Iran $150 billion and got nothing but they won’t spend $5 billion to secure our border to make Americans safer. Chucky and Nancy say spending $155 billion a year to support illegals is a human right but human rights go out the window when it comes to the slaughter of the innocents.

Here we go again. That rotten no good Trump was disrupting the morning TV programs. He is the worst person this country has ever had and will ever have in the future. They ought to get rid of him.

With the electorate 27 percent each Democrat and Republican and over 40 percent non-partisans who are mostly moderate, why don’t we have a moderate center party like many other countries? The two parties used to have many moderates and most legislation were compromises. Now both are fringe crazies and everything degenerates into bedlam. If the two parties had to work with a center moderate party to pass bills reasonable things would get done in a dignified manner.

I hope all the Donald Trump lovers are so proud of him, what he’s doing. I think he’s sickening. I don’t get it. His mouth moves but he buffaloes and says nothing. If he’d ever listen to what he says he’d probably be sick. It has just gone too far.

Our spoiled president declared a national emergency. What the heck is he going to do if we ever have one? I think we ought to get rid of him.

I see where the teachers got chocolates and checks for Valentine’s Day. They can be there for that but a little bitty snow they can’t show up. Things just don’t make one and one is two anymore in school.

Has Pelosi, Schumer, other Democrats and the media been to the southern border? If not how in good faith can they say it is safe? They are obstructionists and care nothing about America, only their selfish agenda. President Trump is for America and our well being. Wake up Americans before it is too late.

I hope the oil companies are happy. I see gas went up six cents a gallon just the other day.

Nick Foles had the top jersey sales last year. Nick Foles beat Tom Brady in the Super Bowl but Colin Kaepernick beat Nick Foles cash wise with a $20 million settlement according to the NFL. It’s amazing you can win the Super Bowl and you don’t bring home the cash.

According to the comments in Sound Off all Democrats are socialists and baby killers. I guess that also means that all Republicans are racists and pathological liars.

I support border security. Doesn’t mean I support the wall. Currently one out of every four vehicles coming across are being inspected. Let’s support more money for technology and scanning.
