SCHWENKSVILLE >> Signup for the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy’s annual Stream Cleanup and work to remove trash, tires and other debris from streams and creeks. The event will take place on Saturday, April 6, from 9 a.m. to noon. With over 80 clean-up sites throughout the watershed, it is easy to find a site that would work best for you. Or, if you have pickup truck, volunteer as a pick-up crew member to haul trash from the sites to the dumpster from noon to 3 p.m. Be sure to sign-up today at http:// www.perkiomenwatershed.org/.
LIMERICK >> The next Coffee Break program will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, at the Limerick Township Municipal Building, 646 W. Ridge Pike. The program will be Coffee With a Cop; speaker will be an officer of the Limerick Township Police Department. This free program is geared towards educating our seniors about health, safety and leisure topics. Complimentary coffee and breakfast will be provided courtesy of ChickFil-A Royersford.
