Third homicide suspect arrested
POTTSTOWN >> Authorities have announced that one of two suspects still being sought in a March homicide case has been found and is in custody.
Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Pottstown Borough Police Chief Michael J. Markovich announced the arrest of Elijah Davis, 18, of Pottstown, on Friday afternoon.
Davis is one of four suspects wanted in connection to the slaying of Keith Robinson on March 30.
Police are still searching for Derrick Goins, 26, of Pottstown, who is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. A $1,000 reward is offered for information leading to Goins’ arrest.
Davis was arrested Friday in Northampton County and
charged with first degree murder and related charges.
He was arraigned before District Justice Scott J. Palladino. No bail is available for first-degree murder, and he was remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m., Sept. 18, before Judge Palladino.
Co-defendants, Kyshan Brinkley, 23, and Jacquan Lee, 26, both of Pottstown, were arrested on Aug. 1, and charged with first-degree murder and related charges.
Pottstown Police found Robinson in his car, dead of multiple gunshot wounds at 10:53 p.m., on Saturday, March 30. Robinson was shot through the window of his vehicle at the corner of Walnut Street and York Street.
