Wesley Enhanced Living Recognized as a 2019 Best Workplace for Aging Services™ by Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE

WARMINSTER » Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have named Wesley Enhanced Living as one of the 2019 Best Workplaces for Aging Services in the nation. Wesley Enhanced Living is a non-profit organization operating six continuing care retirement communities across the Greater Philadelphia Region. Wesley Enhanced Living is the only Pennsylvania-based aging services provider to have made the FORTUNE list in the Senior Housing and Care – Large category.

Wesley Enhanced Living earned the sixth spot out of twenty providers ranked in the Senior Housing and Care – Large category across the country.

After analyzing and evaluating employee surveys, Great Place to Work and FORTUNE ranked each organization based on employee experience feedback related to levels of trust, respect and fairness within the organization.

• 92% of respondents felt like they make a difference at Wesley Enhanced Living.

• 90% of respondents felt their work had special meaning.
