PERKIOMEN SCHOOL 9, MERCY VOTECH 0 » The Panthers celebrated their Senior Night Wednesday by rolling over Mercy Vo-Tech in Tri-County League play.

In the first half, Sasha Vassallo opened the scoring off of a pass from Rianne Moll. The second goal was scored by Marta Bloechle. Cheyenne McCloud and Sasha Vassallo both scored off of assists from Marta Bloechle for a 4-0 lead at the half.

The second started with a goal from Abbey Glavin, followed by Brittany Pilcher, Victoria Sokolova (assist from Sophia Krouse), Sophia Krouse (assist from Cece Vassallo) and Bella Baringer scored the final goal for Perkiomen.

Field hockey

POTTSGROVE 4, UPPER MERION 2 » The Falcons answered the Vikings’ early score with a point production good for victory in Tuesday’s PAC Frontier Divsion game.

UM jumped ahead early with a goal by Samme Deskiewicz less than two minutes into the game, but Pottsgrove’s Riley Simon tied it up a few minutes later off an assist by Jayde Yorgey. Kathryn Henriksen added a goal with an assist by Bailey Murphy, and Katie Bean upped the score to 3-1 Pottsgrove with 10 minutes remaining in the first half.

Deskiewicz added another goal with an assist by Ella Menke to make it 3-2, but Henricksen increased the spread to 4-2 with another Murphy assist for a final score of 4-2. Makenzie Johnson gave the Falcons 11-save goaltendin­g while Anandeep Singh had 14 stops in the UM goal. METHACTON 16, NORRISTOWN 0 » The Warriors got offensive contributi­ons from 12 different players along with shutdown defense in Tuesday’s PAC Liberty Division romp over the Eagles.

Nicole Uebele’s hat trick headed Methacton, which also got two-goal outings from Madison Noh and Ava Probst. Elise DeWan and Alison Gottesman each had pairs of assists to go with their goals, and the Warriors outshot their hosts 42-0 while enjoying a 6-0 advantage in corners. Basimall Curry had a 20-save day in goal for the Eagles. FLEETWOOD 4, DANIEL BOONE 1 » Casey Lynn DeWald scored three goals and assisted on another to lead the Tigers over the Blazers in Berks play Tuesday.

Mackenzie Ring scored for Boone (2-8, 6-10) — Clara Lacek with the assist — and Ashley Finkbiner added nine-save goaltendin­g. DANIEL BOONE 5, TULPEHOCKE­N 0 » Haley Engle and Clara Lacek each had a goal and an assist Wednesday to lead the Blazers over the Trojans in the Berks League.

Devyn Brennan, Kaitlyn Difuria and Mackenzie Ring also scored for Boone (7-10). Ashley Finkbiner’s nine-save goaltendin­g helped secure the shutout.

PERKIOMEN SCHOOL 5, RENAISSANC­E AC. 1 » Brock Reber recorded his second straight hat trick Tuesday, leading the Panthers to victory over Renaissanc­e Academy in Tri-County Leauge play.

Owen Taylow completed Perkiomen’s scoring with a pair of tallies.

Statistica­l stars for Owen J. were Bridget Kowalski (seven digs), Jordyn Chambers (one ace, one kill, 10 assists), Madison Harvey (one ace, nine digs), Jessica Taney (one kill, three blocks), Abby Mattis (two kills), Chloe Golas (three kills, two blocks, seven digs), Caroline Halsey (one ace, one kill, three blocks), Skylar Hegarty (one ace, one kill, one dig) and Hannah Lewiski (one ace, four kills, two digs). DANIEL BOONE 3, TWIN VALLEY0» The Blazers marked Senior Night Tuessday by sweeping their Berks League match with the Raiders. Set scores were 2516, 25-17 and 25-22.

Statistica­l stars for Boone were Arden McCoy (nine kills 12 digs, one ace), Val Klick (six kills, five blocks, three digs, two aces) and JJ Valentin (10 digs, nine aces).

Girls tennis

COATESVILL­E 6, POTTSTOWN 1» Destiny Williams scored the Trojans’ lone point in their non-league match with the Red Raiders Tuesday.

Williams won at third singles, 6-4, 6-4.
