Acrylic Painting Class – NEW!

Big Brothers Big Sisters at the TRAAC

A new intergener­ational program pairing members with elementary school students. All participan­ts are interviewe­d & have completed background checks. They are paired with a child after a series of interview sessions. The children are coming to the TRAAC, enjoying lunch with their Bigs, and having one on one time getting to know each other. The art of paper folding often associated with the Japanese culture. Origami develops hand-eye coordinati­on, sequencing skills, memory, but also patience and attention skills. Pilates

Pilates works to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibilit­y, with an emphasis on challengin­g the core muscles with each movement.
