Acrylic Painting Class – NEW!

Big Brothers Big Sisters at the TRAAC
A new intergenerational program pairing members with elementary school students. All participants are interviewed & have completed background checks. They are paired with a child after a series of interview sessions. The children are coming to the TRAAC, enjoying lunch with their Bigs, and having one on one time getting to know each other. Origami
The art of paper folding often associated with the Japanese culture. Origami develops hand-eye coordination, sequencing skills, memory, but also patience and attention skills. Pilates
Pilates works to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Class blends the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights.
