Zion’s UCC

POTTSTOWN — July 3 is the 4th Sunday after Pentecost and Zion’s welcomes all to in-person worship at 10:15 am. Rev. Austin Chinault, Zion’s United Church of Christ, Hanover and Chestnut streets, will have a message titled “The Only Thing That Counts.” The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be shared this week. Sunday School for youth and adults is suspended until September. Trinity UCC

POTTSTOWN — Sunday Worship Service at Trinity UCC, 60 N. Hanover St., will take place in person and will be livestream­ed on our YouTube channel from the Sanctuary at 9:30 AM on Sunday, July 3rd. Communion will be served. Trinity will offer a free takeaway meal on Tuesday, July 5 between 4:30 and 5:30 PM. Access is available in the parking lot at the rear of the church. First Baptist

POTTSTOWN — It’s the first Sunday in July. Let’s celebrate communion together. This Sunday, July 3, First Baptist Church (ABCUSA) is live on Zoom at 10:30 am for a service of prayer and communion with guest pastor Rev. Dennis Landon. Then at 4 pm, we’ll meet in person in Echo Hall for a short service of devotions and communion followed by an ice cream social. On July 10th and 17th, our Learning Community will meet at 9:15 am to discuss a podcast on “The Bible and Climate Change.” Then at 4 pm on July 17th, we’ll host a special conversati­on on Zoom with the creator of the Strange New World podcasts that our Learning Community has been discussing since last Advent. Rev. Dr. Matt Boulton will join us to talk about the podcast and answer questions. Mark your calendar! You don’t want to miss it.
