• Ervis Tanellari of Seymour has joined Dworken, Hillman, LaMorte and Sterczala, P.C., Certified Public Accountants, as a staff accountant in the Accounting and Auditing department. Ervis received a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from Southern Connecticut State University.

• Luke Manney has been hired to head OEM Data Delivery’s Project Implementation division. Manney brings more than 15 years of heavy equipment sales and management experience to OEM Data Delivery, of Shelton. “We look forward to collaborating with Luke on a daily basis,” OEM Data Delivery President Sam Simons said in a release. “He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and dedication, and I think our customers will really benefit from his expertise.” Manney will set up and train new OEM Data Delivery customers to familiarize them with the company’s rugged, custom and wireless data delivery systems, seeing projects through from start to finish. He also will consult with existing customers face to face around the country to assure they get the best possible value from the company. OEM Data Delivery is a division of OEM Controls Inc.

• Susan S. Cruz has been appointed director of Merrill Lynch’s New Haven complex. A 31-year-veteran with Merrill Lynch, Susan will lead the New Haven complex’s team of dedicated Merrill Lynch financial advisers to continue to deliver the highest quality of service and integrated wealth management strategies to local area individuals, families, and businesses. Cruz, of New Haven, joined Merrill Lynch in 1983. She previously served as a managing director responsible for Merrill Lynch’s Western Pennsylvania and North West Virginia markets, and she has also designed and delivered many productivity and leadership development programs, for which she has earned several awards. She also recently joined the board of directors of the Shubert Theater in New Haven. Cruz received a business management diploma from Henley Management College, Henley on Thames in the United Kingdom.
