NO BULLYING: Ultimate Fighting Championsh­ip veteran Chris ‘Lights Out’ Lytle will speak and sign copies of his book, Lights Out On Bullying at the Russell Library, Middletown, on Jan 7 at 11 a.m. Participan­ts will receive a free copy of the book. HEALTHLINE: — Kathryn Jack, is the guest on the next edition of the health-informatio­n radio program, Healthline.
