Home mortgage experience
Recently, Jennifer Orr joined Real Living Wareck D’Ostilio Real Estate as a licensed Realtor and is pleased to offer her breadth of experience in the home mortgage industry to her new clients.
Frank D’Ostilio, Jr., partner of Wareck D’Ostilio Real Estate, describes Orr as an “up and coming” real estate agent and praised Orr for her strong business instincts and knowledge of mortgage financing and procedures.
“Our strong position in the community and our continued growth helps us attract new additions like Jen to the company,” D’Ostilio said.
According to Orr, she plans to draw heavily from her previous experiences with the complex and often-complicated process of securing a home mortgage. Her ultimate objective is to simplify the process for her clients in order to ensure their transaction is as stress-free as possible.
“My goal is to help others to attain the dream of homeownership,” Orr said.
Orr will be focusing her career on the residential real estate market and will primarily serve clients in the towns of Milford, Stratford, West Haven, Monroe, Shelton and Orange.
Orr was raised in Monroe and has been a resident of Milford for many years. She is married with three children and is also an active volunteer at Calf Pen Meadow School and Harborside Middle School.
“I am passionate about Milford and I love where I live,” Orr said.
