Bottom Line: Blue Wave will put their 62-game win streak on the line hosting No. 2 New Canaan on Saturday at 1 p.m.

2. New Canaan 4-1 102 2 L Last week: Defeated Norwalk 18-3 and lost 16-7 to St. Anthony (NY).

Bottom Line: Challengin­g week for the Rams with FCIAC rivals No. 7 Greenwich on Thursday and No. 1 Darien on Saturday.

3.Ridgefield 4-2 94 3 L

Last week: Defeated Wilton 12-7 and Stamford 22-2, lost 8-1 to Yorktown (NY) and lost 12-9 to John Jay (NY). Bottom Line: Tigers hold steady at No. 3 despite a pair of losses against tough out-of-state teams.

4. Wilton 3-4 70 4 L

Last week: Lost 9-8 to Chaminade (NY), lost 12-7 to Ridgefield and lost 12-6 to Darien.

Bottom Line: Tough stretch continues for Wilton as it hosts John Jay (NY) Wednesday and Staples on Saturday.

Last week: Defeated Amity 18-1 and Shelton 18-4. Bottom Line: The Jesuits are 3-0 against SCC competitio­n and have outscored those opponents 57-9.

6. Staples 8-1 59 5 L Last week: Defeated Trumbull 7-1 and lost 9-6 to Greenwich.

Bottom Line: Tough test for the Wreckers this week hosting No. 3 Ridgefield on Thursday and visiting No. 4 Wilton on Saturday.

7. Greenwich 5-3 47 10 L Last week: Defeated Staples 9-6 and Trinity Catholic 20-0.

Bottom Line: The Cards will try to make it five wins in a row when it hosts No. 2 New Canaan on Thursday.

8. New Fairfield 6-0 43 7 M

Last week: Defeated Weston 9-3.

Bottom Line: Not including Tuesday games, the Rebels are the last unbeaten team among Class M teams and fourth in the state with Class L teams Darien (8-0) and Hall (7-0) and Class S team St. Paul (7-0).

9. Glastonbur­y 5-2 32 8 L

Last week: Defeated Hand 8-5.

Bottom Line: After losing its first two games of the season the Tomahawks have reeled off five straight wins.

10. Hand 6-1 14 NR M

Last week: Defeated Hamden 18-0 and Xavier 13-1, lost 8-5 to Glastonbur­y.

Bottom Line: The Tigers crack the Top 10 for the first time this season, giving Class M two representa­tives in the poll.
