‘All Our Exes Live in Texas’ in concert

-

OLD SAYBROOK — The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center will present All Our Exes Live in Texas on Thursday, June 21, at 7:30 p.m.

All Our Exes Live in Texas is a fantasy draft of Sydney, Australia’s finest singer-songwriters, Elana Stone, Katie Wighton, Hannah Crofts, and Georgia Mooney, combining in four-part, indie-folk harmony heaven. Fresh on the heels of a sold-out headlining tour in their native country and collaborations with artists such as Passenger and Kesha, All Our Exes are now exporting their powerhouse charm and songwriting prowess to the US and Canada.

The group was recently awarded an ARIA (essentially the Aussie Grammys) for their latest record, When We Fall, in the Best

Roots Album category. They have appeared at major Australian and US festivals and toured with Nathanial Rateliff and the Night Sweats, The Backstreet Boys, Passenger, and Midnight Oil. Of their many recent collaborations, they've most notably provided all the background vocals on the Grammy nominated recording of Kesha's hit song, Praying.

When you attend an All Our Exes Live in Texas show, brace yourself to experience intricate musicality, heartbreaking honesty and melodies that soar from four voices that captivate on their own and come together like magic. Add to this, whip-cracking banter and an on-stage synergy that is as effortless as it is alluring, and there’s no chance you can resist

the call of the Exes sirens.
