RIVER ART TOUR: The River Valley Art Tour, the inaugural tour of studios and work spaces of 25 artists in Chester, Essex and Deep River will be Saturday, Sept. 15 and Sunday, Sept. 16 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. participants are established artists and artisans who work in a wide variety of mediums and styles from abstract origami to traditional oil landscapes.
