A talented listener, negotiator

It was Tracey Jefferson’s personal experience of planning to sell her own home while in search of another that precipitated her becoming a Realtor in 1996.

“Having had previous experience purchasing my first home, I thought that I could add great value and service to others in making their decision to pursue their home search,” Jefferson said. “My philosophy in real estate is good news travels to five and bad news to fifty and I was sure that by providing exemplary service, I could add value to the real estate industry.”

Jefferson never envisioned that in the early stages of her career she would be named Rookie of the Year out of 50 offices in Connecticut. She considers real estate a very rewarding career and as her business continued to grow, she decided to take it to the next level and join forces with her partner, Nina Nyrop, to create “Your Home Team in Connecticut”.

“We share a vision to grow and were able to hire other like-minded, dynamic agents to provide our clients with superlative service to meet their needs,” Jefferson states. “Every client has their own individual story and we work hard to ensure that we offer our very best whether we are listing a home for sale, or helping a buyer purchase a home. It takes an army at times to reach the finish line and we are in the trenches with each and every one of our clients from day one.”
