Gladys Knight performs at Jorgensen Center Feb. 16

Motown legend Gladys Knight is performing Feb. 16 at the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts in Storrs.

Very few singers over the last 50 years have matched her unassailable artistry, and she's still going strong. Her stunning voice is recognized on songs like “Heard it Through the Grapevine” and the iconic “Midnight Train to Georgia,” one of the greatest songs ever recorded in popular music.

On Sunday, Feb. 3, Gladys Knight sang the National Anthem at Superbowl LIII, in her birthplace of Atlanta.
