Vegan Feast is Saturday

NEW HAVEN — The New Haven Seventh-day Adventist Church is hosting a Vegan Feast on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 6 p.m. The free plant-based buffet will be held at 355 Humphrey St., in the East Rock section of the city.

“There are many existing misconceptions and questions on the value of living a vegan lifestyle,” church members said in a statement. “Many people don’t know what to expect. The high quality of the vegan dishes offered will wow those new to vegan cuisine as well as vegan cooking enthusiasts. All are welcome. There will be recipes available if you would like to expand your vegan cookbook.”

The church is located one building East from the corner of Humphrey and Orange Street.
