Frontier sees losses climb to $5.7B

Frontier Communications revenue dropped just below the $2 billion mark for the third quarter, down $70 million from the second quarter and off 6 percent from a year earlier. Norwalkbased Frontier indicated it saw higher activity by customers dropping service, at about 2.2 percent of its overall client base. Frontier’s quarterly loss totaled $345 million, pushing to its 2019 losses to more than $5.7 billion. The company recently reached agreement with its main Connecticut union for a twoyear contract, while offering buyouts to workers.
