DURHAM, N.H. — The following students have been named to the dean’s list at the University of New Hampshire for the fall 2020 semester.

highest honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade-point average of 3.85 or better out of a possible 4.0. Those with a 3.65 to 3.84 average are awarded high honors, and students whose grade point average is 3.5 through 3.64 are awarded honors.

NEWTON, Mass. — Olivia Beckwith, a Lasell University student from Higganum, presented at the Fall Career Readiness Symposium in December. Beckwith took part in a presentation for a course on British Literature, “Magic in Shakespeare’s Tempest: Is it Transformational?”

FAIRFIELD — The following Fairfield University students received dean’s list honors for the fall 2020 semester. To be honored, students must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours in a semester, have no outstanding or incomplete grades for that semester, and have attained a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better.

FAYETTE, Iowa — Upper Iowa University announces Alexandra Dombrowski, an emergency/ disaster management major from East Hampton, made the dean’s list for the fall 2020 semester. To be honored, the undergraduate must have earned a minimum 3.50 grade-point average and be enrolled as a full-time student.

College of the Holy Cross

WORCESTER, Mass. — The following area students were named to College of the Holy Cross dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2020-21 academic year. To qualify, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester, and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
