Thomas J. Rosa

Thomas J. Rosa, a 69 year old Milford resident and beloved husband of 41 years to Kathleen Cooke Rosa, passed away at home peacefully on Aug. 28, 2021. He was born in Stamford on May 10, 1952 and graduated from J.M. Wright Technical School, Class of 1970. Tom worked at S.N.E.T. for 25 years. In 2018 he retired from Honeywell Life Safety in Northford as a technical training supervisor. Tom was a member of the Walnut Beach Association, The Milford Senior Center, Griffin hospital Fitness Center, and the SNET Retirees Assoc. In addition to his wife Kathleen, he is survived by his son Joseph Rosa, his daughter Jessica Rosa, granddaughter Julia Rosa brothers-in-law Edward Cooke and Robert Cooke, He was predeceased by his parents Joseph C. Rosa and Elizabeth Collins

Rosa. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mt. St. Peter Cemetery Mausoleum in Derby. Entombment will follow in the family crypt. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom’s memory to either the ASPCA or The CT Hospice of Branford. The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia, has been privileged with the arrangements.
