Salvatore Rizzo

Salvatore Rizzo, 95 of Middletown, Ct passed away peacefully on Oct 6, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was born on September 29, 1926 in Melilli, Italy to the late Sebastiano Rizzo & Giuseppa (Marino) Rizzo. He loved his family tremendously and will always be remembered for the abundance of love, support, & affection he provided to each. He was well respected by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children, Josie Airo (Joe Airo), Maria Augeri & Carmelo Rizzo along with his 8 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren who loved him dearly. He is also survived by many brothers in law & sisters in law, & nieces & nephews here in the USA & Italy.

He was predeceased by his late wife, Carmela (Marchese)

Rizzo, his children, Sebastiano & Grace Rizzo, & son in law, Joseph Augeri.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, October 12th 9:3010:30 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 at St. Sebastian Church. Burial to follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery.
