Laura DiGioia February 16, 1971 - September 18, 2021

Miss Laura DiGioia died on September 18, 2021, after a month-long hospital stay. She was interred September 21 in the family grounds at All Saints Cemetery, North Haven, surrounded by those that cherish her most, including her mother Lenore DiGioia, father Bob DiGioia, Sr., sister Jennifer DiGioia and brother Robert DiGioia, all of Branford, as well as her aunt Jean and uncle Greg Getman of Guilford, and cousins Greg, Jr. and Claire Getman of Hamden.

Born and raised in Hamden, Laura spent the past 20 years as a resident of Branford. She enjoyed jewelry and collage art, the company of her housemates (Sarah, Bill, Tiffany and Scotty) and helping to prepare her favorite foods.

Her capacity to give and return love, perpetual honesty and tenacity through adversity are traits her family will remember most and bear with them always.
