Taylor, Coady power Hamden Hall to win

Konye Taylor ran for 200 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries to lead the Hamden Hall football team to a 34-28 win over visiting Berkshire School on Saturday.

Quarterbac­k Ethan Coady added 133 yards rushing and two touchdowns on 13 carries for the Hornets (2-2).

Amari Phillips led the Hornets defense with nine tackles and Elijah Light had an 84-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Fin Sposado ran for two touchdowns and caught a 12-yard pass from K.J. Reilly to lead the Berkshire School.

Foran 2, North Haven 0: Zoe Fallon and Skyler Agresti scored to lead the Lions to an SCC win.

Wilbur Cross 10, Career/Hillhouse 0: Katherine Van Tassel had three goals and two assists and Charlotte Buterbaugh added two goals and six assists to lead the Governors to an SCC win.

Morgan 2, Waterford

0: Angelina Comiskey had eight saves to lead the Huskies to their non-league shutout. Julia Tanner and Maeve Madura scored for the Huskies.

North Branford 1, Stonington 0: Keana Criscuolo scored in the third quarter to lead the Thunderbir­ds to a non-league win. Samantha Helwig had eight saves for the Thunderbir­ds. Avery Slocum had three saves for Stonington.
