Mrs. Roseline Adanma Nwokonta, 82, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021 with her family members by her side at Yale New Haven Hospital, CT. She was born in Umueze Ohiya, Umuahia in Abia State, Nigeria on January 10, 1939 to the late Benjamin and Fanny (Uchendu) Otugo. Roseline was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Roseline was a seamstress and a business woman by profession. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 56 years, Mark O. Nwokonta; children, Ifeanyi Collins, Chinyere, Ugochukwu ( Calista Nwokonta), Uchechi, Nkeriuka ( Dr. Obiora Akpa), Ijeoma ( VinMartin O. Ilo), Joy, Onyedikach­i (Ndidi Nwokonta); grandchild­ren, Collins Jr., Michelle, Ashley, Kelechi, Emeka, Uchechi, Amarachi, Peter, Chibusoma, Onyinyechi, Chioma, Obiora, Chisimdi, Somtochukw­u, Chikamso, Obiora, Jacquelynm­artin, Chidiogo, Iheoma, Chidubem, Chidera; five sisters, three brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, families, relatives, and friends. She was predecease­d by her brother, Vincent Otugo. We are all waiting for the resurrecti­on when we will welcome her back into that promised new world. Rev 21:3-4 and Job 14:15.
